Fnac Darty is continuing its momentum in the repair economy with the acquisition of NSF, a company specializing in repairs for TVs and large appliances based in Wambrechies (in the Nord department in northern France), and a stake in Repair and Run, a start-up specializing in the repair of bicycles and electric scooters.
The acquisition of NSF allows Fnac Darty to consolidate its geographical coverage in the Hauts-de-France region, notably by relying on the expertise of 15 after-sales repair technicians working in the Wambrechies after-sales repair workshop. This transaction adds even more to the range of local services from the Group, which already has 30 stores located in this region.
Fnac Darty’s equity investment in Repair and Run, at approximately 20%, aims to strengthen Fnac Darty’s position in the soft mobility market and increase its repair volume by partnering with an expert in the field. Repair and Run is a network of workshop-stores specialized in the maintenance and repair of bicycles and mechanical or electric scooters, located in several cities across France, and has been a partner of Fnac Darty since 2021.
