After graduating from the French business schools ESCEM and Audencia, Olivier Duha began his career at L.E.K. Consulting, an M&A and strategy consulting firm, in 1993. His work there brought him to London, Paris and Sydney. In 1998, he received an MBA from INSEAD business school. He then joined the American consultancy, Bain & Co. In particular, his role involved integrating “e-business practice” and working on internet development strategy projects for large industrial groups.
In June 2000, he co-founded Webhelp Group, which is now a global leader in customer experience technology solutions and services.
He is also the author of “Think human: Révolution de l’expérience client à l’heure du digital” (Think human: The customer experience revolution in the digital age).
