Florence Lemetais is Sales and Marketing Director.
Joining Fnac Darty in 2022 as VP Customer, Marketing and Business Development, Florence Lemetais was entrusted with the Sales Department in March 2024 in addition to her current duties.
Since she joined the company, Florence Lemetais has been responsible for accelerating the Group’s work to transform its customer experience, against a growing backdrop of digitalized and hybridized purchasing methods, while guiding those customers toward ever more sustainable consumption. She is also leading a major initiative aimed at promoting the identity of both brands and developing the performance of key drivers for marketing.
As the head of Sales and Marketing Department, Florence Lemetais aims to bolster Fnac Darty’s growth momentum, while also accelerating its transformation projects in order to improve the efficiency of its business model. She is thus continuing with the investment launched in retail media, in line with the goals set by the strategic plan Everyday.
With a degree in marketing from the European Business School and a DESS (postgraduate degree) in media law from the Sorbonne, Lemetais is an expert in marketing and customer relations. She has held various positions within Disney, Havas, Publicis, Saint-Gobain, Grandvision and Vinci Autoroutes, as well as Alain Afflelou and Monoprix.
